Stop guessing and start progressing. Whether you’re brand new or you’ve been stuck at a plateau for years, get the elite pickleball knowledge, real coaching skill, and hands‑on feedback that coaches you to actual improvement.
Most players think they need more “tips.” They don’t. They need a better attack plan. Here is why the typical ways of learning pickleball are keeping you stuck
Endless, regurgitated tips, no clear order, no idea which apply to your level, and definitely no hands on coaching. You can grind for months and not actually fix the things holding you back.
Most local coaches lack the elite knowledge to teach effectively, rarely provide a structured practice plan to reinforce skills, and almost never offer the individual feedback needed to keep you on the right path.
Self-coaching fails because you’re guessing at lessons, practicing without a structured plan, and working without feedback. You’re forced to be your own coach, which is the slowest, most frustrating way to improve.
The Lab provides the three pillars of real improvement. You get elite lessons built on deep game knowledge, a structured practice plan to turn that knowledge into skill, and direct coaching feedback to ensure you’re always on the right path. No more guessing—just a clear, expert-guided system for real results.
The Lab evolves pickleball coaching by combining elite lessons with a structured practice plan and hands-on coaching feedback to turn information into actual on-court results.

When I started playing pickleball, I did what everyone does: I watched endless YouTube videos, took local lessons, even taking a virtual lesson from a Top 40 PPA Pro. But it wasn’t working. YouTube gave me random tips with no context—in the same video you’d see a 5.0 tip and then a 3.0 tip, with no idea how to bridge the gap between them. Local coaches were even more frustrating; they lacked the knowledge, structure and follow-through I needed—there was no blueprint for what to work on next or follow up to see if I was progressing.
I was tired of guessing. I wanted to get better, and I wanted to do it fast.
So, I stopped looking for a path and started building one. I began filming every session and cataloging my errors to find exactly where my game was breaking down. I studied pro film to see how the best in the world solved those same problems. Then, I created specific, level-appropriate drills to laser-target my weaknesses and worked that plan relentlessly.
The result? I went from a 3.5 to a 5.0 in just 1 year.
I created The Lab to bridge the gap I fell into. I’ve taken my hard won elite-level knowledge and distilled it into a system that actually translates to your game. You get the Lessons to understand the ‘why,’ the Practice to build the ‘how,’ and the Feedback in a coach who has been in your shoes and knows exactly how to course-correct your progress in real-time.
No more guessing. No more stunted growth. Just the high-level coaching and structured reps you need to reach your full potential.

Our courses are led by elite coaches who combine high-level game knowledge with a professional ability to teach. To ensure you progress as quickly as possible, every course follows a specific “Lesson-Drill-Checkpoint” cycle designed for maximum retention. You watch a video lesson to learn a concept, immediately watch a drill video to see how to practice it, and then follow specific checkpoints to ensure you hit the reps needed to actually absorb the skill. This structure ensures you are always making tangible progress at a much higher rate than traditional coaching methods, giving you a reliable and more or less guaranteed path to that next level.
As you move through the curriculum, you can track your progress in real-time directly within the platform. Every time you check off a lesson, drill, or checkpoint, your progress bar updates, providing the visual validation you need to stay encouraged and see exactly how close you are to reaching your next level. We are 95% confident that any player who completes the full curriculum for their level will have the skills and knowledge required to graduate to the next level. To support this journey, our curriculum is a living resource; we continuously update our courses based on student feedback, the evolution of the game, and our own refined understanding of what it takes to help you succeed. Every lesson also includes a Q&A section where you can ask questions and receive public answers from our coaching staff to ensure you never get stuck or practice something wrong.
Currently, our 2.0–3.0 course features over 50 targeted lessons, alongside specialized Foundations and Top Spin courses. While our upper-level courses (3.0 – 5.5+) are currently in development, we are building them intentionally as our students graduate to ensure the content addresses the real challenges you face on the court.
The Progressive Path is the framework we use to ensure you move through the levels as quickly and efficiently as possible. By combining a clear roadmap with a high-retention training system, we remove the guesswork and focus entirely on your progression. This path is built on three core pillars:
The Structured Path
Our online courses are organized into clear, level-specific paths (e.g., 2.0 to 3.0, 3.0 to 3.5) to ensure you are only working on the skills required for your current level. This structure eliminates the frustration and discouragement of trying to progress without a clear plan. By focusing on exactly what you need right now, you move toward the next level as quickly as possible, following a professional roadmap that keeps you on the most efficient track.
The Strategic Path
To keep your progress moving forward, we utilize a strategic approach that identifies exactly what you should—and should not—be working on. We intentionally remove skills that aren’t necessary for your current level to keep your training lean and effective. For example, while there are many dinking techniques a 2.0–3.0 player could practice, they are rarely used at that level. Instead of wasting time on skills you won’t use, we redirect that energy toward the high-leverage areas that actually move the needle and get you to the next level faster.
The Mastery Cycle
We ensure you actually retain what you learn through our “Lesson → Drill → Checkpoint” workflow. This sequence is designed to help you absorb knowledge at a high rate and build the muscle and brain memory required to reach the next level. Most players’ games break down during a match because their changes haven’t been reinforced; our checkpoints ensure that your progress is both verified and consistent. This combination of a curated curriculum and a rapid retention system allows our students to achieve results in weeks that might take others years to reach.
